Returns policy
At EBRENCA we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, here are the conditions and the process.
1. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return, provided the product is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
2. Size changes, change of mind or personal reasons
- Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
- Once received and inspected, we will refund the product amount (excluding any original shipping fees, if applicable).
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
3. Issues attributable to EBRENCA
- Defective product.
- Shipping error.
- Damage or loss during transport.
- In these cases, EBRENCA will cover return shipping costs, provided the issue is reported in advance.

4. Return process
To start a return, email us with:
- Order number.
- Reason for return.
- Email address used for the purchase.
5. Excluded items
